Each month, I lead a dynamic 4-week term featuring early morning weekday classes tailored to suit various fitness preferences.

Some months, I offer a well-rounded mix of HIIT, Weights, and Yoga sessions, while other months focus solely on invigorating HIIT workouts or dedicated Weightlifting with Active Rest intervals.

My flexible payment options cater to your needs, but our most popular choice is the full-term subscription. With this option, you gain access to all class recordings throughout the term. So, even if you can't join us for the live session at 7:15 a.m., you can still participate at your convenience.
