Wake Up & Move – Early morning Online Classes
Start your day feeling strong, grounded, and clear-headed with my short and effective weekday sessions. Each 30-minute class blends strength, breath, and balance — all from the comfort of home.
Here’s what’s in store:
MONDAYS: Pure Weights
Strength-building to kickstart your week.
What you need: Two sets of dumbbells (light for warm-up, heavier for strength). Many start with water bottles and move on to DIY weights (like sandbags or clay) before investing in 2–5kg sets. Don’t overthink it — just begin.
WEDNESDAYS: Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga
Start earlier at 7:00am (optional) for a quiet breath and meditation practice, followed by a flowing 30-minute yoga session. Each week explores a different style of yoga.
What you need: A mat, a thick book or block for seated comfort, a cushion for knee support, and a belt or strap for stretching.
FRIDAYS: Zone 2 Cardio & Core
We’ve replaced HIIT with low-impact Zone 2 training — a calmer, hormone-friendly way to build stamina and stay strong. Expect a gentle sweat, increased fat burning, and better energy without the cortisol spike.
What you need: One set of dumbbells, water, and a towel for sweat or knee support.
Flexible & Supportive
Cameras on or off — totally up to you. By 7:45am, you’ll be done and ready for your day.
Can’t make it live? No stress — recordings are available for the full month.
