Chair Yoga:

As we age, staying fit and flexible becomes essential for maintaining our quality of life. If you’ve never experienced the benefits of Chair Yoga, you’re in for a treat!

Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to every body. Movements and postures are performed seated or with the aid of a chair, offering a gentle yet effective practice that supports your overall well-being. Whether chair-based or mat-based, all my classes are designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and vitality.

In my Chair Yoga classes:

  • Mindful Meditation: Discover calm and inner peace by turning your attention inward.

  • Pranayama: Explore breathing techniques to improve lung capacity and energy.

  • Gentle Movements: Stretch and move mindfully, always listening to your body.

  • Strength & Core Awareness: Build strength while focusing on posture and core resilience.

  • Relaxing Music: Flow to soothing music that adds joy to the practice.

  • Social Connection: Enjoy chats afterward—because social wellness matters, too!

Class Details

  • Tuesdays, 1 PM
    Parish Hall, St Francis of Assisi Church, Clonshaugh Dr, Dublin 17.
    Fee: €20 for a 4-class term (payable to the hall administrators).

  • Wednesdays, 2 PM
    Kilmore West Recreation Centre, Dublin 5.
    Heavily subsidized by Dublin City Council.
