New Online Classes Term Starts Monday 9th February
A new term of online classes begins Monday 9th February, offering a steady, supportive way to stay strong, mobile and energised as we move through late winter.
Each week includes three thoughtfully designed classes that work together to support your whole body — building strength, improving flexibility and helping you feel calm and capable rather than worn out.
Weekly Schedule
Monday – Pure Weights
A focused strength session to build muscle, support bone health and maintain everyday strength.Wednesday – Yoga
A nourishing flow to improve flexibility, balance and mobility, while offering a midweek pause to reset both body and mind.Thursday – Weights & Active Rest
A gentle blend of strength, mobility and stretching — supporting recovery while still keeping you moving.
All classes are suitable for every level, with options offered throughout so you can work at your own pace and tune into what your body needs on the day.
