Wake Up & Move – Early Morning Online Classes
Next term starts Tuesday 15th July

Start your day feeling strong, grounded, and clear-headed with my short and effective weekday sessions. Each 30-minute class blends strength, breath, and balance — all from the comfort of home.

This term, we’ll be leaning into strength — not just in our Weights sessions, but also in our Yoga practice — to align with the vibrant, outward-facing energy of summer. Expect to build physical resilience while tapping into that yang, solar momentum the season brings.

Here’s what’s in store:

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS: Weights + Cardio & Core
Strength-building sessions with a little added fire. We’ll focus on lifting well and safely, with the option to include short bursts of Cardio & Core work to build stamina and support heart health.
What you need: Two sets of dumbbells (light for warm-up, heavier for strength). Many begin with water bottles or DIY weights (sandbags, clay, etc.) before investing in 2–5kg sets. As always, go at your own pace — and skip the cardio sections if you prefer to stick with pure strength.

WEDNESDAYS: Yoga & Breath
A breath-led yoga practice to stretch, strengthen, and restore. While still grounded in calm and connection, we’ll weave in more energising elements to build strength, tone, and balance — reflecting the expansive energy of this time of year.
What you need: A mat, a thick book or block for seated comfort, a cushion for knee support, and a belt or strap for stretching.

Flexible & Supportive
Cameras on or off — totally up to you. You’ll be finished by 7:45am and ready to face the day.

Can’t make it live? No stress — class recordings are available for the full term.
