New Term Starts Monday 5th January
As our 12 Days of Fitmas comes to a close, it’s time to settle back into a steady, supportive routine for the new term.
From Monday 5th January, we’re back to three uplifting classes each week — designed to build strength, improve mobility and leave you feeling energised rather than exhausted:
• Monday – Pure Weights
A focused strength session to build muscle, protect bones and keep your body strong.
• Wednesday – Yoga
A nourishing flow to improve flexibility, balance and calm — giving both body and mind a midweek reset.
• Thursday – Weights & Active Rest
A lovely blend of strength with gentler movement and stretching, supporting recovery while still keeping you active.
These classes are suitable for all levels, with plenty of options so you can work at your own pace. My aim is always to help you move well, feel strong, and leave each session with a sense of achievement and ease.
