  • 💪 Mon – Weights for strength & tone

  • 🧘‍♀️ Wed – Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga to restore & recharge (45min class)

  • 🏃‍♀️ Fri – Zone 2 Cardio

    (great for fat-burning & keeping cortisol low)

Can’t make it live? No problem! Recordings will be made available in the Member’s area of my website.
