Join us in the park for a morning that blends strength, stillness and community.
This isn’t just a morning of yoga & fitness — it’s a chance to move your body, clear your mind, and laugh with like-minded women in the fresh air. Because social well-being is just as important as physical fitness.
💪What’s in store:
Cardio, Core & Strength with Colette
We’ll start strong with a full-body session based on Zone 2 training — a gentle but powerful way to build fitness without stress & burn fat.
Expect steady cardio, core work, and light weights — all at a pace where you can breathe, move, and chat.
Zone 2 supports hormone health, metabolism, and long-lasting energy — ideal for feeling strong and clear-headed, not worn out.
Grounding Hatha Yoga, Breath & Meditation with Aoife
Afterwards, slow down with a grounding yoga flow — think deep stretches, balance work, and breath awareness.
We’ll explore both energising and calming breathwork, then finish with meditation and a blissful shavasana.
