What to Expect
Awaken your body every weekday morning with my 7:15am online classes! These sessions offer a balanced mix of cardio, bodyweight, core, and weights exercises, tailored to fit into your morning routine. Here’s what’s in store: Mondays & Fridays: Pure Weights Strengthen and tone with focused weight training. What You Need: Two sets of dumbbells (one lighter set for warm-up, one heavier set for strength), an exercise band, and water. Many start with bottles of water and progress to DIY weights (sandbags, clay) before investing in dumbbell sets (3, 4, or 5kg). Tuesdays & Thursdays: Zone 2 Cardio Why the switch from HIIT to Zone 2 training? It’s all about balancing hormones. Zone 2 cardio improves cardiovascular health, enhances fat burning, and boosts mitochondrial efficiency - all while keeping cortisol levels low. It’s a sustainable, effective way to move daily and promote overall well-being. What You Need: One set of dumbbells, a towel (for sweat or knee support), and water. Wednesdays: Meditation, Pranayama, & Yoga Start earlier at 7am (optional) for meditation and pranayama, followed by an energising yoga session. Each week will explore a different style of yoga. What You Need: A thick book or yoga block for meditation, a small towel or cushion for knee support, and a large belt or yoga strap. Flexible Participation: Keep your camera on or off—your choice! By 7:45am, you’ll have your exercise complete, feeling energized and balanced for the day ahead.
