DOTERRA ESSENTIAL OILS
Discover how essential oils can transform the way you manage your health.
I started using doTERRA oils in 2017 after I made the decision to drastically reduce the number of toxins I was exposed to. My friend sold these oils at the time, so I started quizzing her on the company ethics, the oils and she gave me a few products to try, one of which was their natural deodorant which I still use to this day.

doTERRA are the world's highest grade ESSENTIAL OILS, they are pure, they contain no contaminants, filters or adulterations.

They are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade.

I use doTERRA essential oils in 3 ways.
Aromatically - I diffuse and inhale the oils directly.
Topically - I massage the oils with fractionated coconut oil directly onto the skin.
Internally - I ingest the oils, by adding them to water and during cooking/baking.

Here are my firm favourites:
Air – this is a Doterra blend of Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Raventsara and Cardamon essential oils. It is known as the Respiratory blend. I love to diffuse it in my hallway, and everyone comments how gorgeous the scent is when they visit. I also like to create a roller ball, and rub on my chest in place of olbas oil, especially at the first sighting of a potential cold.
Frankincense – sadly this is an expensive oil, but I adore it. It is lovely to mix with fractionated coconut oil and massage breasts after dry skin brushing. I also add a few drops to my face moisturiser.
On Guard – this is a blend of Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Leaf and Rosemary Leaf. It is known as the Protective or Immune Support blend. I make roller balls with this oil and rub into the base of my feet a few nights a week to keep bugs at bay.
Lavender – great for relaxation and promoting sleep. I like to use this oil in my yoga classes, during my own meditation practice and with my Reflexology clients, where applicable.
Lemongrass – I use this oil in cooking, in cleaning (counter tops for a gorgeous smell) & diffusing.
Peppermint – I make my own chocolate with peppermint drops and oil pull every morning with this oil.
Orange, lemon, cinnamon, oregano – use all in cooking and baking.
Turmeric - the benefits of turmeric are widely documented, so I injest a drop of this oil daily to keep inflammation at bay.
Melaleuca - my house would not be without this oil. Great for spots, cuts and abrasions.
